Synopsis:
Wanting to give his dying wife, Suzy, a Christmas she'll never forget, surly Duncan Mayor sets out to install a Ferris wheel in his backyard - much to the annoyance of his nosy neighbor Gayle, who fears the wheel will ruin her chances of winning a Christmas display contest.
